LevelUp or Leveled Up Society? Keep the Complete Published Name
A levelup prop-firm search is not a complete provider identity. A Trustpilot profile named Leveled Up Trader describes forex teaching, while a dated CNMV document names Leveled Up Society and its domain. These are different published references to keep separate, not a verified corporate relationship.

Retain the full name in each source
The selected Leveled Up Trader profile links to leveleduptrader.com and includes a company-written teaching description. This is a published service description; it does not independently establish the full current service range, an assessment offer or professional accreditation.
The separately verified CNMV notice is dated 26 June 2023 and names LEVELED UP SOCIETY with leveledupsociety.com. Those exact name, domain and date fields are retained here. A shortened LevelUp label cannot be used to apply that document to another business.
Keep document purpose beside the name
An educational-service description answers a different question from a regulatory notice or a programme agreement. Copying a status, price or promise between them would change the meaning of the source.
In an original fictional record, Document A describes access to a course while Document B concerns a named company in a different context. Matching part of a brand name does not show that the course provider and the company in B are the same counterparty. This is a name-matching illustration, not a finding about these publishers.
| Field | Reference A | Reference B |
|---|---|---|
| Displayed name | Leveled Up Trader profile | Leveled Up Society in the dated notice |
| Domain | leveleduptrader.com | leveledupsociety.com |
| Document type | Company-written service description | Dated named regulatory document |
| Relationship | Not established by similar words | Requires its own matching evidence |
Make an explicit crosswalk
Record the full displayed name, exact hostname, document type, period and any actual legal counterparty. Leave the relationship field unresolved until a matching primary document establishes it.
For an Australian reader, a foreign notice or a profile’s country field does not itself establish Australian authorisation or eligibility. This article makes no current Australian or worldwide legal conclusion about either named reference.
Use an actual agreement for a commercial choice
This guide resolves the naming problem as a documented distinction; it does not identify every business using LevelUp, verify a corporate link, test course quality or confirm present account availability.
The optional HashHedge link concerns a separate programme. It does not provide either named service, transfer a qualification or imply endorsement by a regulator or review platform. Review the destination’s current conditions before registering.
