Prop Instrument Changes: Separate a Delisting Notice from Account Status
An instrument notice can change what needs to be checked for a position, while leaving the evaluation’s actual status unresolved. Preserve the source event, scope and effective time before describing the consequence. Publication and implementation are different observations.

Name the exact scope of the notice
Save the venue or provider, symbol, contract version, source URL, publication time and stated effective time. Distinguish a market-data symbol, order entry, settlement and account access. A notice about one instrument should not be expanded into a claim about every account.
The applicable provider conditions control actual treatment. HashHedge instrument availability needs its own current check; a notice from another venue does not establish a matching change. Do not infer that an account failed or was restored from a public instrument headline.
Build a fictional dated timeline
Suppose a teaching notice is published at 06:00 UTC on 23 October 2026 and states an effective time of 12:00 UTC that day. In Sydney, the dated displays are 17:00 and 23:00 on 23 October under the timezone database used for this worksheet.
An 11:55 UTC account snapshot is before the stated effective time. A later screenshot is a separate observation; retain what it actually shows. The timeline alone cannot establish the final treatment of an order, position or evaluation stage.
| Event | UTC instant | Sydney display / scope |
|---|---|---|
| Notice published | 23 Oct 2026 06:00 | 23 Oct 17:00 |
| Pre-effective snapshot | 23 Oct 2026 11:55 | 23 Oct 22:55; observation only |
| Stated effective time | 23 Oct 2026 12:00 | 23 Oct 23:00 |
| Actual account consequence | No later evidence supplied | Unconfirmed |
Preserve the account event when it arrives
This site’s earlier delisting tracker keeps notice and settlement evidence separate. Use actual execution IDs, settlement entries or account status to complete the relevant conclusion. Missing implementation evidence should remain unknown rather than converted into a zero position.
The optional sponsored HashHedge link is to programme information. The worksheet changes no instrument, order or account and makes no claim about a current delisting. All dates and events in the timeline are fictional teaching inputs.
